Are There Private Lessons Available?
Yes! With the Elite Tier In addition to full access to the on-demand video library, you'll receive individualized attention through a monthly Zoom meeting with our team. During these sessions, we'll discuss your goals, review your progress, and create a custom workout plan based on your needs. Plus, each month, you'll get a personalized 30-minute video tailored to your abilities and goals, ensuring that your training stays focused and effective. Elite is for dancers who want an exclusive, custom experience.
We also offer one time private lessons upon request!
Do I Have To Pay Monthly?
No. We also offer an annual option to pay once for the entire year at a discounted rate!
Is There A Free Trial?
Yes! With the Elevate Tier we offer a 14 day free trial. If you cancel before 14 days you will pay nothing at all.
Can I Pause My Membership Without Canceling?
Yes, you can. The Elevate Tier can be paused at any time. Due to personal matters you may want to pause your membership, and we understand that. If you need to pause your membership, just send an email to Balletvolare@gmail.com and let us know. Include your full name for your account information.
When you're ready to get back to class email us again and we'll reactivate your membership.
How Can I Cancel My Membership?
We're sad to see you go, but canceling your membership is easy! Here's how:
- Click on Account Settings
- Select ACCOUNT from the menu.
- Go to ACTIVE PACKAGES and locate your membership package.
- Click the three dots on the right-hand side of your package and select CANCEL.
That's all! Your membership will be canceled.
